well, the one i was talking about, had the cable that was proven to work and the software specific to BMWs... the one is your link seems to be ok but you still would need software to talk to the car...

on the other hand, the guys are right, if you are not going to be doing much of coding, just pay somebody to do it for you - remember, if the car goes back to a dealer and the dealer hooks up your car to their computer, they might reset all of your personal preferences to the factory defaults, so you might need to code the car again...

check to see what else you want to have coded, look around the forum, there are few pages worth checking out...

I wouldn't recommend NCS Expert since it's pretty advanced coding. You can really brick your car if you delete or edit the wrong line.

DIS/GT1 is much more easier to use and made for the dealer techs, not the factory engineers like NCS Expert.

Heck, you can even use PA Soft or CarSoft for just coding and basic scanning.
