No, I am VERY happy though to get to what's out there today I added nitrous.

If I were to start over I would bite the bullet and go with a supercharger. It would be much easier to increase horsepower and torque from there if you wanted more and there would be easier to get some input as to the good and bad of doing so. As an example, the engine and drivetrain is not known to handle the total of what I have done but it is supposed to handle the supercharger.

There are other routes to go than Dinan that can save you $$$ but you need to have engine and transmission software to get the most out of even your exhaust regardless of the route you go.

FYI-Dinan has an all products on sale once a year, most products are 20% off.--I think it is in February. If you are interested you can get on their email list.

BC- Thanks for the heads-up. I'll shoot them a flare. SC….Hmmmm.

Tam- So this is typical of the 4.8is? Or just with the Zenon? What the hell are the inboard lights for if you don't have DRL on?

Arrrgh! Not the manual! Sigh.

Ok- thoughts on bulb upgrades? Can't believe that the 4.6is has better lights…

Just had an alignment and balancing done- This is post-H&R spacers….Jittery steering at around 50MPH….Is this due to spacers? I've used this shop for some time, always been good at what they do in the past….

Not sure what you mean by jittery steering---steering wheel vibration that isn't there under 50 and goes away at a higher speed or does it remain as you increase speed?

Did you make sure the spacers were tight to the hubs by going around them to see if they are seated properly and making sure the bolts are torqued properly after?

steering wheel vibrates (mildly) at around 50 MPH. I remember some members talking about having wheel spacers and encountering a similar problem?

If you haven't, check if all lug bolts are at the spec'd torque.

Wheel spacers could be the problem and more likely if they are the type that don't bolt to the hub or were not purchased from a brand name supplier--might not be flat (true) on one side or the other. H&R is a brand name supplier but I don't know how they are secured.

It is most likely that there is a tire(s) out of balance. Best balancing machine is one that will do road force balancing.

Spacers put more stress on the suspensions. It could a more stressed worn suspension part but by the sound of your posts there was no vibration before you added spacers.
