Sounds like you enjoy DIY.

You don't have to have him fix it if you would like to DIY but troubleshooting and diagnostic time are cheap in comparison to buying parts that don't fix the problem.

Look at it as another investment. Since you have purchased diagnostic software perhaps you can find someone that will let you watch how they use the equipment and how they come to a conclusion so you can get a jump start using your software in the future.

It's not so much the enjoyment, but the satisfaction that I fixed things myself. Also, even though I am not the most frugal person on some aspects, I don't like being overcharged for simple things.

So apparently I am having fuel pressure problems. Does anyone have an Idea what could be causing this? Videos below:

That's a fuel pump issue. The gauge should read between 55-60 psi.
Or maybe the relay, or fuse.

So Fuel pump...again? What are the odds that 3 fuel pumps aren't working right? Honest question.

This may be a stupid question, but did you replace the fuel filter when you did the pump(s)?

Fuel filter is brand new. I also replaced the fuel rail as the schraeder valve was damaged when I checked the pressure the first time around. Funny enough, the issue arose about 3-500 miles after fuel filter and fuel rail was replaced.

Could be the fuel transfer pump or fuel pressure regulator--how much gas in the tank?
