We have one of our cars 'sit' for 5+ months every year...whichever car it is, it starts fine, (Batt Tender on, Stabil in tank, etc.), and there is zip 'blue smoke'. The car that 'sits' is in a cold azz garage at 5,000 ft elevation, and one is 12 yrs old and one is 13 yrs old. One of the 'sitters' is sometimes a 2001 X5...
Gas ain't your problem...the tech mavens here can list the possibilities, but gas isn't it, imo. GL, mD
