I don't think 2'x5' would be enough, especially when you want to match the CF pattern on all the pieces.

correct, you'll need 2 of those sheets. the center console piece and steering wheel piece (if you have a 2004-6 sport steering wheel) actually take up a bunch of it.

Maybe you'll be a little short with one roll. You might want to consider to plastidip the centre console rather than CF wrap. The CF pattern is very predominant and I thought it would be over the top a little to do everything in CF (to my taste).

So I tested the matt black plastidip on the centre console. I went for the "softer" feel....

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
That looks ghetto as hell to spray it without taking the console out.

But the after picture looks good I must say!

Center looks good too with pd. Does your interior smell like pd?

If I need more Ill order more. I figured a piece about 1 1/2' x 3' would do the center which would then leave me a 2' x 2' piece and a 6" x 3' piece. I was actually going to do the center first after one small test. I've seen too many wrap jobs that left center alone. Must be a chore to remove. My one concern is the shifter knob. Will that wrap ok? Better yet will the wrap withstand consistent fondling?

No smell at all after a few days...

The knob is harder to get it right but try heating the wrap with blower and it'll help. No worries , it will last the fondling.

My roll arived today. I had all the trim pieces minus the center and steering done in two hours and I have never wrapped anything before. The first piece came out a little rough and I am going to redo it. The second piece came out acceptable and from there on they were perfect. I can't believe how nice it looks! I will have pics posted by the weekend.

I can also confirm that the roll I received which was sold as a 2' x 5' piece is enough to wrap all the interior wood in an e53. I also have enough left over for the switch consoles if I please.

Unless your trim is busted in two pieces then you will have no problem covering cracks with 3M scotchprint 1080 carbon fiber pattern wrap.
