I hate to say it as it sounds negative but I'm not sure about the beige interior-personally I'd never want that in my car. And whats with the silver trim, should that not be wood or something? It looks completely wrong

As for the manifold, try partsgateway.co.uk. I used them now and again and came up trumps every time
Its been fully waxoiled underneath, so its in great condition

I appreciate your thoughts on the interior, personally i think it looks more classy having a contrasting coloured interior, as opposed to the full black setup. I was lucky enough to find the exact colour combination i was after, so am more than happy with it. If they did a dark red leather OEM trim, that would have been a preferred choice

With regards to the silver inserts, i hate them. Judging by the flawless finish on them, i assumed they were a factory item but i would of personally liked the dark wood trim. Im still in 2 minds as to what to do with them, because they are in such great condition, i was thinking of having them dipped in a dark wood finish.

You lucky bugger! Mine is a pig underneath .

Glad you found what you were looking for in terms of colour combination. I'm fussy about certain things with cars/bikes too. I took me months to find my X. The dark red leather would be an interesting combination in an X. I almost bought a black M3 with that, but stayed within my 'comfort zone' and went with the black on black!

I don't know how good or how long the 'dipped' inserts would be or last for (chips, scratches etc), especially when refitting them... it might be worth just buying a complete set of trim in the colour of your choice. You could then sell the silver trim and get some of the outlay back on the new ones.. Just a suggestion
