Oil separator and ccv updates

Trying to figure out what to do when I have everything torn apart for the seals for valve covers, valley pan, timing chain, etc.

Saw lots of issues with the ccv and oil separators and the fixes. I pulled down the two SIB's from March 2009 (11 01 07 and 11 08 03 respectively). The ccv one calls for a new cylinder head cover. I'm sure that's not cheap or on the shelf. Has anyone here done the proper updates for both recently?

Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure it'll tickle to source the parts too.

Thanks.
