feels like more pick-up and go
mpg is a little better, but I havnt driven enough and I havnt let off the throttle to be able to tell yet

remove top engine cover and the vacuum hose 1 bolt and some hose clamps to get the old one out -the mass airflow tube will take a little bit of patience to remove from the charge air pipe -remove the lower air duct reinstall the rubber isolator on-top of the new intake housing flange with the original bolt and 2 new bolts are in the kit for the other 2 flanges, couple of hose clamps and the new vacuum line and your done instructions are super easy to follow

Checked their web site and it looks like they only make one for the N62 V8 and not the M62 V8. Bummer, I want one for my 4.6...

Looks good Gurjit, can't wait to hear the sound. The subject of intakes has been debated here to death by some of the most knowledgeable members here, JCL, Weasel and others. I thought the consensus is that they do nothing in terms of adding horsepower and are only for show, do you feel a difference?

They are for show, but they can also produce an intake roar that some like.
I just think it is ass backwards to take off a factory cold air intake and install one that draws heated air from under the hood. If it wasn't drawing in that warm air there wouldn't be any roar.
