The problem is my valve does not have any sign of a vacuum fitting to fit a vacuum line on!

I was trying to find the vacuum fitting on the valve where I can hook up a vacuum pump to try to actuate the valve...there doesnt seem to be one.

Very bad internet connection, will post up the pics later.
