any engine parts from a 01 525 fit an 01 x5?

just kinda curious. was out at the u-pull getting stuff for another car I'm doing and saw an 01 525i out there.

I know my 01 x5 has the 3.0l straight six and the 525 is a 2.5l straight six but I'm curious if stuff like the coil-on-plugs, injectors, possibly cylinder head were interchangeable?

I've never seen a bmw truck at a u-pull yard but I do see various low 00's cars out there. looks like at the least the engine cover would swap over and mine is cracked at the back corner...

at the least if the coils interchange they'd be nice to grab as cheap oem spares just in case.
