Leiz, I checked the fuel pressure at the fuel rail by the injectors.
Stackz, I did pull and reinsert the relays in the ebox in the engine compartment. Still no start.

I'm getting spark, injector pulse and fuel pressure.

Does the fact that it still wont hit even when I squirt starting fluid into the MAF point me back to an ignition problem. Perhaps a weak spark? When I checked for spark is kinda orange in color.

Frustrating as heck!

The starter is doing its job by turning the engine over.

How did you check for spark? You got two out of the three items needed for an engine to run. You have spark, and fuel, but what are the compression readings for all the cylinders?

Could be that you tried so hard that the gas washed the cylinders down and now there isn't enough compression to start the engine. Do a compression test on all the cylinders. If they are low squirt a little oil in the cylinders and redo the compression test.

If it's true like you said, now it seems to be the last piece: Oxygen

Meanwhile, have you check if the cylinder has been flooded, which cause no combustion? Just another wild guess.

Heres an update the the no start saga.

I removed the DISA to inspect. (looked fine)

Removed the intake boots all the way down to the throttle body. Inspected boos for cracks and found none.

I figured I would have my assisant work the gas pedal with the key in the on position to do a visual check to make sure the TB was opening. It it not open when operating the pedal.

When I asked my assistant to turn the key to the start position Ill be damned if it didn't start right up.

Of course with the DISA removed it started to backfire like a SOB so we shut it down.

I'll put the DISA back on tonight and see if it fires up.

What do you think is going on here?

You might had flooded the engine with all your tries at starting the engine and when you removed the DISA valve there was such a huge vacuum leak that it drew enough air into the intake manifold to clear the flooded condition.

With such a huge vacuum leak, under normal conditions the engine shouldn't have started.
