The guy driving actually lived? He won't even be able to afford another car after the headless girl's family sues him for every penny he has got for wrongful death. I'm sure the bimmer's family will sue too.

as i read in some comments, supposedly the 18-year old girl was the owner of the car and the 20-year old driver (now dead) just was driving the car. if this is true, did she have an insurance? did the driver have an insurance? would insurance cover blatant violation of the law by its insured - in some countries, the insurance is covering you in case of an accident, but if you were commissioning a criminal act (driving over posted speed limit by XX of MPH is a criminal offense in some jurisdictions), then insurance would not pay a dime...

there was a speculation that there might have been in a heated argument at the time between the boy and the girl, when he in a fit a rage stomped the gas pedal - but this is pure speculation from somebody who was NOT there at the time of the accident.

feel sorry for the girl but not for the guy...

Well that's easy enough then, just leaves the bimmer guy to sue the dead people's families for pain and suffering.

350/370Zs are HORRIBLE in snow and wet roads below 40degF.

Here in the D/FW area they are in ditches/crashed & spun off hwy guardrails/wraped around poles all the time. I saw 4 Zs wrecked on one 30 min drive when roads were cold/wet this past winter.

Seems the owners like driving fast/agressive on summer compound tires in cold conditions.
