Exclamation Intermittent Misfire Cyl 1-4

Like the title says, I have a misfire on the bank with cyl 1-4. I also had a code for a misfire on, I think, Cyl. 3 by itself. This developed over a week of the car sitting at Disney World and then driving it home.

I have a 2001 BMW X5 4.4. 254000 miles!

At first I was thinking it was the ignition coils but it was fishy that it was just the one bank showing a misfire code. I'm going to mark and move some coils around to see if it gives me different codes. Or just try and do a power balance test to try and pinpoint a faulty coil.

It could also be the CPS since it's the entire bank getting the code and it happened all at once. But I don't have a code for CPS showing. Has anyone had this experience before? Is there a way to test the CPS?

I am also going to do the standard looking for leaks but I don't believe it to be or I would be having issues with the entire engine and not just one side. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for any and all help guys!

May want to check the ground strap connection, between #2 & #3 coils. Or cam position sensor on right cyl bank.
