need help cylinder 5 misfiring also light smoke coming from exhaust

yesterday while starting up the Xs i notice white smoke coming out of the passenger side exhaust along with the misfire , i let it run for awhile then the smoke stop it wasn't heavy smoke it was light.the misfire stop after awhile as well .i turn the X off for 5 minutes and restart it light smoke came out again this time it smell a little sweet.so i did a little research and the problem could be a antifreeze leak. HEAD GASKET!!! is this correct? i checked my oil stick and cap they are fine looks normal not milky. my coolant level is low i haven't started the X in a week don't want anymore problems. can anyone give me some good feed back on this , tell me what steps should i take. thanks
