Hubcentric rings causing vibration

So the drama continues. I recently put new 19" shoes on the X, as a new owner I didn't realize that the 19;\'s were not factory and the dealer advised that it will need hub centric rings. So they found a set, and now the x shakes like a washing machine, and the dealer is advising because they aren't OE for that model they can't be responsible for the shake.
Any ideas?

There's a million questions I have for you. Yes the dealer is correct, they can't be responsible for it because they are E70 fitment wheels, however they can be responsible for how well they balanced them.

Are they new wheels or used? Are the tires on them new or used?

Are you sure you have 74.1 to 72.56 hub rings (sometimes its a common error to get 74.1 to 72.6 hub rings which is wrong)

Is this a staggered setup, meaning no rotation?

Do you have a print out from the balancing process done at the dealer? (any Hunter RoadForce machine should give you a print out of each wheel)

Are your suspension components original, or have they been replaced recently? Sometimes upgrading to larger/heavier wheels and tires will amplify any worn suspension components.

I don't believe OP stated that he has E70 fitment aftermarket rims. Aftermarket hub size can be anything. And I don't believe 0.04 mm difference (72.56 to 72.6) makes any difference, especially larger diameter wheels on X5 (too small of a difference). I have seen plastic rings that don't fit aftermarket rims correctly due to the clips or the ones with the large beveled edge that prevent the wheels from fitting flush.

Flybye, What manufacture wheels do you have and do you know the actual hub size? Also, as Ricky Bobby stated, it could be worn suspension component. But I can't believe that the dealer found a hub ring set for you and now stating they are not responsible for the shake.!?! Do they have a technician who can better identify the source of the shake? Is the rim bent, out of round tire, bad bushing, etc...

Sorry for the confusion. I recently bought the X used with 19' rims on it. It needed tires, they were worn and showing some uneven wear on the front. The dealer had a special buy 4 tires and get a free alignment so I got 4 new Mic Latitude ZP run flats. During the alignment they found lower ball joints and strut arms needed repair. So they did that as well. They also discovered that the rims are not the correct fit, and it would need hub rings. So we did that. I pick the x up last week and @ 30 I start to feel a vibration, 40 the wheel is dancing back and forth. From past experience I'm thinking wheel balance since it's speed related. I call the dealer and I get, "well you no these are the incorrect rims" they may shake. They have it now, but I suspect they are trying to get me to purchase new 19" with the correct hub size. I don't have experience using hub rings? do they balance them with the rims during the rim and tire balancing process?
Also I looked at the position of the wheel weights and I was surprised that the weight is right at the TPS sensor, not the opposite side. I still suspect wheel balancing, I told the advisor make sure they put the wheel with the lowest amount of weights on the front. She looked at me like I had 2 heads, and handed me the sheet with new rims to pick out. So being in Hawaii we only have 1 dealer, I just spent 5k for new tires, suspension, and changing fluids. I think I got hosed, but its water under the bridge at this point, I don't have my tools or garage to make repairs. I wish I was back in Warren bobby I'd be hitting you up for lots of weekend projects!
