I am sure ours is similar.
After you put it back together. You will have to initialize it. You do that by closing everything, and hold the sunroof button up, like 45 sec, then all the stuff starts opening. You just keep holding it up will it returns to original closed position, don't let go.
I found a few people talking about it after a quick google search. No real DIY, but people say take your time, lots of parts, but nothing outrageous.
