I need help. Rear air bags down.

I was researching and I just couldn't get the answer to my problems. So my air bags are completely fine. I had them replaced awhile ago and probably have less than 10k on them. So this truck has been sitting outside in the driveway for 1.5yrs. I ran into some problems with my license . I got it back running just like I left it. I started to mod it again. I rode it 1k miles and saw no issues. I took the car to get an oil change and that's when my air bags decided to stay down. So I checked the 7.5 fuse and it's fine. I checked to hear any hissing sound and that was good. I check to see if there's any leaks on the compressor and that's fine. Hope someone can get me a solution or I'll be taking the MTA. The only tip I got was this. This was the closet thing to my problem but noone ever responded back. Username hasn't been on for yrs.
