Well, after a couple days and about an hour or so total driving, I'm not 100 convinced that my problem is solved. I unlocked the OBC tests and read Test#9 - Voltage.
It's showing 11.2 volts with the engine off and with it running. Plugged in my charger and it shows 12.3v. I'm going to give it a full charge and test again, but I think I'm probably headed to the dealer for diags. (and a new alternator?)

Those (low) voltages with the engine on suggests that either the alternator isn't working or is somehow out of the charging loop. Seems time to escalate ... good luck with the dealer.

Yeah.. something's definitely not quite right. I took a couple drives and both times it starts at around 11v and then after driving about 10 minutes it jumps up to 14.0-14.2 and stays there.

Sounds like the brushes in the alternator needs to be replaced or the slipring needs inspection.
