![]() Does that approximate location look right for the CCV?

That looks like the oil cap. Looks like oil is leaking out from that location. Loosen the oil cap and see if there is any resistance when you loosen it. Could be a bad oil cap.

It seems to be sealing fine. It was actually quite difficult to get the oil cap off when I went to fill it up.

I would wipe up all the oil showing so you can see the source when it returns. I agree with Upallnight, looks like it is coming from the oil cap. If you remove the oil fill cap when it is running there should be a vacuum.

It's still misfiring on the right bank even with a different cap... I'm probably going to take it in for diagnosis this week.

Just wanted to give you guys an update. It looks like the CCV is to blame. Given the temperature, I am not surprised. The oil probably came out the cap because the crankcase pressures were too high. New CCV and oil separator are on their way... along with a new cap.

Did you check if there is a vacuum with the oil fill cap off and the engine running?

The oil issue was resolved. Frozen CCV indeed. Replaced the CCV, oil separator, and oil cap as well as the spark plugs. No issues since, but the car did need a jump after a couple of days sitting while it was being worked on.
We haven't been in the negatives since the week of this post, so I can't comment on the battery issue. It has started up every morning down to 13 deg F. Could have been related to fouled spark plugs from all the oil?

Loving the 30s, 20s and itty bitty snow but too early to celebrate we could have a blizzard in any days by February to April.
Glad you have it sorted out - oil leak(s) If you have multimeter or unlock the obd function, you can monitor the voltage pre and post startup. You can also check the date on the battery, if it is more than 6 or 7yrs maybe it time to think about replacing it.
