Hey guys,

The cable and software arrived the other day, I haven't had a chance to even open the package yet though. If there are any tips to the beginning of this process now would be a good time to let me know (about installing the software, anything to look out for, etc). Once I have made a successful connection to the vehicles ECU I will post back on here so we can begin discussing how to calibrate the ride height, which I assume would be the first step to take.

I don't know if I will have a chance to fool around with it this evening, so it might be this weekend that I work on it. Stay tuned.

Alright, I'm back!

Things have been very hectic the past few months but I'm finally ready to tackle this situation and continue this thread. I 'think' I successfully installed all of the software to my garage laptop and will be connecting this evening to see what's going on.

Strange addition to the situation. The last few months, my wife said she has barely heard the compressor running. Used to, every time you would get in the vehicle and start it, you would hear that compressor running and it was 'loud'. Now she hardly ever hears it. But if she presses the button to make the suspension raise, it will go up... My first guess is that the pump is on it's way out. Every now and then she'll get a 'suspension inactive' light, but she can turn the car off and back on and it will go away.

I'll update the post tonight once I have connected to the vehicle with the laptop.

Update**

After having some trouble getting DIS to connect properly, I was finally able to get the diaghead software to do it's thing after I deleted the VMnet1 adapter and then added it back.

With that, it seems that most all of the software that came with the cable I purchased is working. I was successfully able to manipulate the ride height settings through INPA as well. I assume this means I'm ready to begin the process of calibrating the ride height and performing any stage 1 troubleshooting steps.

As I continue to work with the software and troubleshoot my issue I will provide feedback here.
