Things that don't seem like they should be connected to the mirror going dark:
I had the mirrors wrapped in CF. They were not removed in the process. Not sure but I think it was a week after that I noticed the outside mirror issue. It was not directly following the CF install.
My subwoofer tipped over because I had the seats down when I had to brake hard and pulled the wires off. They got together and blew one of the radio fuses.
I had to run new wires from back to front for nitrous gauge upgrade.
I had to find a short in the nitrous heater wires and replace the associated relay. Both required removing the passenger seat and working in the area of the battery.
During one of many of these electrical troubleshooting sessions over a week I ran the battery down and had to charge it overnight.
I noticed the mirror right after the electrical work. I haven't checked the fuses yet. I will do that today but it doesn't seem like the mirrors issue should be connected. It is possible there could have been a power surge from the charger but I have used it may times before without and issue.
My heater and fan controls seem to be acting up. I couldn't get the max to come on. Next day it worked but when I take it off max the fan is running at a higher setting than before and I have to mess with the control buttons to get it off air and recirculating to heat where it should have gone. That also started after the electrical work but not right after.
