battery keeps dying

So my fsu when out agian so they sent me a free replacement. ($23 off carparts.com) that was on last monday after i took my key out of my car the blower motor was still going and complety drianed my batter. i got a replacemt from my friend who is parting out his x but it was also faulty just as my original one was. it only let the motor blow at a very low rate. i was able to use this one untill my repacement vame in the mail.

anyways as of friday my car has been to weak to start the motor almost everytime i go anywhere. and i noticed the light on the shifter are on...

i think this may have somthing to do when me taking apart the Center Console and wraping it with vinyl. i remember that was the the only thing i forgot to plug in. but noticed right away they were not on and pluged them in.
my alt is brand new and it is charging great. there has got to be some kind of leak somewhere. i have read it could be my GM. but im really hoping its not. please help
