Door lock actuators

Hello to all, this is my first post on here.

I have run in to an aparently common problem with the x5. When left alone to its own devices, locked, in the night(or day for that matter) the car unlocks all doors, opens all windows and the sun roof.

As far as i have been able to work out it is the actuaturs in the front doors that has given up, no longer able to fully move the bits and pieces inside far enough leaving somekind of "openswitch" depressed and opening everything up.

Now, what i am wondering is, can these actuators be opened up, refurbished/serviced in such a way that they spring back to life or do i have to detach my left kidney to trade with the dealer for new parts?

Does anybody have these parts lying around?

The car is a 2002 3.0i auto, black on black. Living in Oslo, Norway.
Atm i have removed the fuses giving power to windows and roof.
