how can a novice repair this
Hi all, had an error from my lights and noticed indicator on drivers side was blinking real fast, changed bulbs but no joy..

Then I noticed the wiring, one of the wires is a bit foobarred..

How would I fix this, I haven't soldered before, I have extended speaker wires etc with the plastic joint boxes

How do I repair it
