Bmwtvboy is on a distinguished road
KEY FOB SCREW UP...
Changed the battery in my key fob. Still doesn't work. DC multi meter checked the old battery: 2.35 reading, new battery 3.4 volts. Lock system works perfectly with key insertion, but the fob is inactive .
Any ideas how to check the module? Fuses are fine, none blown. Is it a relay perhaps? Checked back fuses and dash.
Car starts and runs fine.
