RSE Not working at all

Hi there, I'm new here but not new to the BMW community, I have a 2008 BME E70 sport package. I have an issue, I searched and cannot find much info. Here it goes:

My RES (Rear Seat Entertainment) doesn't turn on, it s enable but nothing.

All fuses seem fine (I reviewed all of them as I didn't know the fuse number) maybe someone can tell me exactly the fuse number.

Any ideas or I just need a new unit Thanks...

Do you have the screen fully unfolded? If I start to twist mine towards the stowage position by more than a few degrees, it turns the screen off.

The unit is faulty, I need a new DVD player, however, I just decided to remove the unit and screen.
