New (to me) 2008 X5 3.0 d M sport with issues

Did that to start with. Found diagram. However, out of about 5 fuses listed only one is populated and is ok.

Anyway, that issue is sorted for now I think. Opened the panel only to find out there is no cable connected to climate control. Cannot understand how. Either BMW let this go out unconnected or previous owner replace broken panel with a better one where climate control is just a fake.

Cannot explain why is IHKA complaining with DTC then.

I've geen quoted by BMW neraly £800 for Park brake actuator. Given that DTC are 6011 600E - would you say it is motor failiure? Motors are a lot cheaper. I would consider replacing motor only first.


Any advice on other issues are welcomed.

Can someone confirm if 2011 E70 parking actuator will fit 2008 please? Are they all the same
