Heres an odd suggestion.....Seeing as how you got the wiring corrected in the seat, did you try the emulator again? Also Rip those damned tv screems out and get everything back to factory. BMW's and aftermarket electronics dont play well......especially if not done properly.

I did not try the emulator I think my problem was always the head rests .. I will try and clear the codes when the scanner comes if not then I will try the emulator I think my problem is solved with the new resistors I soldered onto the headrests(I hope) but can't clear it till my scanner arrives?

Just to update anyone following the thread . Super dumb of me but fixed overall. It all started with the airbag error, I then ordered seat bypass module installed it and no luck. RHEINGOLD did not clear anything,I then found Out that my after marker head rests had small resistors that barely made contact which I thought was my airbag fault. Soldered new correct 2.2k ohm resistors tried clearing fault with rheingold and no luck , purchased creator c310 scanner and my passenger mat and passenger seat belt restraint system where giving the airbag error , cleared them and no luck . I then remembered how odd is it that maybe they were just unplugged ? I lifted my passenger seat and I remembered when I tried installing the passenger mat eBay emulator I must have left something loose .took it off from the yellow plug housing that holds all the plugs to the seats I then noticed I crushed the pins from the seat belt and the mat ! BINGO. I straightened out all the pins had to solder a new pin aswell because it was crushed so bad it broke I then plugged them all back up and instantly my air bag light was gone!!! They were just not plugged in because of the crushed pins wow. So in conclusion my original problem where the head rest resistors ! I then fixed it but since the pins where crushed from me trying the passenger seat bypass prior to pulling codes I destroyed the pins long story short I fixed it just by making sure the pins made contact to the seat plug under the passenger seat -_- thanks everyone for every single response on the bright side I now have a really good pocket scanner for my e70 creator c310! Better then my bulky laptop and my k+dcan cable lol . I also can now continue with my airbag recall without the dealer trying to not proceed with my recall since my airbag light was on I figured they would think they must have deployed or something anyways thanks hope this helps anyone

Well this was an interesting read! Sometimes we step on ourselves... But you learned something! Feels good to solve it though.
One tip, when explaining complicated stuff on here, punctuation and separating each idea clearly really helps! Friendly suggestion!

It's always nice to see how things develop esp on previously unheard of issues.
