Transmission Pan help

2008 x5 4.8 96,000 miles serviced the transmission about 4 months ago new pan and intergrated filter and fluid , car felt like new after that about 2 weeks ago I noticed puddles of fluid on the ground in the same spot . I figured it was the power steering hose I changed but my ATF canister was reading full. I finally removed the transmission oil pan cover and quickly noticed the 4 bolts facing towards the front of the engine bay to be covered in oil and quickly noticed again the same transmission fluid leak. Do you guys think it may be the gasket or should I redo the same job all over again ...

by the way the sleeve ontop is not the problem thank god completely dry . Please check the photos I attached thansk guys for now she hasn't been Driven for About a week (
