Sorry for the long wait, but I finally got time to snap a couple of pics. Here is the finished product. Went with a black finish on the lid. Overall happy with the results, sounds and looks great. Now it looks completely hidden.

Nice job. no issues with tapping into the rear speakers and the subs being crossed over too high = not enough bass?? I know someone mentioned going to the sub under the front seat with the LOC. Just wondering as that would be a pile more work to bring signal from there.

No issues with bass. Its sound perfect for my taste. I could have just tapped into the front subs from the rear as well, but I didn't want too much power going to the converter since it was only 50 watts max so I did the rears just to play it safe.

Not bad at all, it does rattle sometimes but very little. Nothing crazy like you would get with a huge box with 2 12's.
