Multiple times, with no change really.

I've got the turbo heat shield off now, and see what look like multiple damaged vacuum lines. I might start there, and do the MAP sensor while the hood is up. It's likely not been changed in 170k km.

While you are in there, I would remove the hose from the exhaust pressure sesnor and make sure the hose does not hold vacuum/is not clogged.

How are the vacuum lines damaged, holes/splits?

I took a bunch of pictures, but can't resize them easily enough to be bothered with posting them. The casing is frayed in probably a dozen spots, but I can't (easily) find any place where it's obviously through the rubber lining. The wear looks to be from contact and vibration, primarily, exacerbated by heat around the turbo and exhaust.

I pulled and cleaned that line. It's well clear, but it seems that the rigid-to-rubber crimp is loose. It might seat with pressure? Maybe that's my vacuum leak...

The good news is that the part is not expensive if you want to rule it out.

Any news?
Did you solve this issue?
I have the same codes, I replaced MAF and it runs better but not resolved.

Had the same behavior going over Centennial, Wolf Creek, and Raton pass. At the time I thought that it was strange the reduced power error happened only when accelerating and going up a hill (mountain pass) and would clear after the stop/shutdown/open door/restart. The troubleshooting led me to a failed vacuum controller.

Good thing I found that video and not removed my turbo(s).

It turned out to be my MAP sensor.
