I called my brick and mortar parts dept and he looked up the part - $387.50 per spring! My indy searched for used parts but could find none. He wound up ordering from BMW (took a couple of days to arrive ugh) but he cut forty bucks from each spring! Now there is a standup guy! He installed both sides without changing the shocks...and charged me for a couple of bolts. Car is running great again for $1,150! Now I am tackling the onerous Passenger restraint failure and stupid DPF issues!!

To buy the part? Not the exact springs that I needed. As you know, springs are coded for exact option matches etc, and there are no online dealers who will sell that (that I could find, and believe me, I looked).
Forget ordering from the USA to Canada, with the exchange and possible duties and shipping it didn't make sense.
