You have to use a chisel to detach and remove the old one (which is integrated into the valve cover and glue the new one to the housing. Saves you $300-400)

Woah really? That takes some balls haha, I wouldn't trust glue to hold up under those temps and with the oil. How long ago was that? But yes, I replaced the cover and it ran me about $350. Took a number of hours to complete the job though. Did you get any pics of your valve cover fix?
