Crazy that Carly is a subscription for such an overall poorly built application. I loathe their new visual menu, it just makes it hard to get into the old menus that are just covered up by a different screen.

I'd suggest protools, personally. I've never used it but I do believe that it's by far the best option. You can do nearly everything from it, and the interface is great. I have ISTA and NCSexpert, and I've been considering buying protools anyway.

Not familiar with this, and not seeing much doing a quick search, do you have a link to more info by chance?

Protool was created by Bimmergeeks, the same ones that sell a really good cable. <-- Have owned and mistreated one for a long while now and it's still doing great. There's an older thread about it here : https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...ol-way-go.html

Note: the link in the thread is still ok, but it will redirect you to Bimmergeeks current site for Protool.

I have Carly and thankfully don't have to pay the subscription (bought it before they implemented that) and have tested Protool a few times but never bought the license. Probably will at some point now that it's been through some *coughbetacough* testing via public use.
