08 3.0 stuck in neutral

Hello, i have an 08 e70 3.0 and was having some transmission issues. It was leaking pretty good. I went through and replaced the sleeves and gasket under the mechatronics unit as well as the sleeve.

Everything went well too it out and put everything back in. The only real issue I had was getting the sleeve in because of space and getting my hands in there. eventually got it in and hooked up the connector. Filled it with fluid.

I get into the vehicle and the transmission is stuck in neutral. It says on the dash it is shifting through the gears but it is not engaging. Once the car is shut off it gives transmission error on dash because it wont go into park.

I saw a post on here where the pins got bent on the mechatronic unit, maybe the issue. Anything else I should try. I am going to take the inspection cam and check out the pins to see if theyre bent.
