ABS 4x4 And Brake

This is what lighted up 40 percent of the time in the morning after I drove for 5 minutes.
Stop the car and shut it off and back on warning lights went away.

Any idea as of what could be the cause?

Battery voltage seems to be fine using test 9 to read.
I don't hear any crazy crunchy noise in the transfer case.
I don't have any sign of faulty traction control kicks in or what not.
