Battery Charge State - When to be concerned?

So I'm playing around with the Foxwell NT520 that recently arrived on my doorstep. It scared the hell out of me when I first ran a scan. It came up with a fault in just about every module.

Most all were listed as 'not present' however, and a little more research seems to indicate they are probably from when the dealer disconnected the battery to do the recent passenger side air bag replacement. Cleared them, and they haven't come back in a couple of days, so I'm fairly certain that is all that was.

So getting to know the Foxwell is going to generate a few threads here, but this is the first. One of the things I looked at was the 'Battery Charge Status'...

Current status showed at 69.53%, but for what its worth I'd had the car 'on' but not running for about 20 minutes at this point playing with the scanner.

It shows the last five days, and shows a high of 83.2% and a low of 71.48%. Car is daily driven. Wife's daily commute is about 20 minutes in each direction, mix of stop and go and 50 mph single lane roads.

I thought I read somewhere that modern BMWs don't really charge much beyond 80% capacity, but I can't seem to find that anymore. Pretty sure it is the original Battery, and didn't know if the Charge Status history is showing normal numbers for a good battery, or if I should be concerned and considering a replacement soon

Thoughts?

Had the same - new battery registered with ista+ and had a look at the foxwell 530 and it showed something similar (2011 n63 50i). Charged with an external charger and do it about once a fortnite now to keep it topped off

I was below 60% before I noticed it cranking slower than normal. The battery was almost 5 years old so I just replaced it. I work from home and don't go on the highway often so it was not being charged well.
