3BEP6 is on a distinguished road
So a little update on my escapade.

Removed the manifold and pulled the injectors out, of course injector N5 was covered in overburn/soot because of the missing washer(thank you BMW for a hack head job). Pulled the valve cover off, and you’ll see from the picture that the amount of vacuum created by leaking center gasket sucked the oil dry from the valve train area(there were literally a drop or two of oil), also as you can see on the boost runners the oil was being seeped in. Besides that the injectors pulled out were covered in oil, explaining the diesel runaway which eventually hydrolocked the engine with oil filling up combustion chambers.

I will be getting a new valve cover to play it safe not risking it being warped.

So to sum it all up:my car had a partition leaking which shorted two injectors;around the same time the valve cover created the oil seep through the boost runners which in turn clogged the DPF and SCR.
