License Plate Screws

Hey all--haven't posted in a while. Hope everyone is safe. I got new specialty plates and needed to have a front plate mount put on. My Indy did it but also put their bracket on it. I want to remove it--what type of tool do I need (pic attached) for this type of screw? Can I use a normal screw driver? Thanks.

That looks like a torx head. Don't know the size, you would need to find that out but it looks like a T25 or T30 from here.
