Thanks but that is the top partition, looking for lower center partition behind these.

Sorry, I misread your post. According to realoem there are 3 different type of bolts and rivets holding it. I have not had to remove that piece so far but try to find a picture of the part in question and it should show you the bolt and rivet locations.

I know exactly where they sit, took out the bottom one but the top 2 I have no idea how and where to access. Suspecting maybe from the inside under the dash but that does not make sense
