I separated them, so new valvebody stayed but mechatronics was swapped. I also reset adaptations so it would re-learn shiftpoints etc.

I have, but since I already replaced the trans and that made an immediate difference it seems that isn't wher ehte problem lies. Also usually transfer case issues stem from tight turning radius at low speed issues as well as codes.

Any CAN errors in any systems? Specifically DME EGS VTG ? Have you tried a different accelerator pedal assembly?

SB. I was agreeing with your suggestion. The transfer case HAS been a cause of this symptom in the past.
