Today I also replaced oil, transfer case fluid, rear differential oil and heater valve lol. P.S. I can't make up my mind basically as 35D still financed for a bit and getting a new car will increase the payment as well as insurance. Thank you for your insights! Just realized I forgot the most important part:the engine was replaced with a slightly higher mileage one. My car is 2012 with 97k now and 95k at time of removal of the engine ,and engine was sourced from a 2010 one owner car with 110k miles which I saw running before removed. It’s has been almost two months now and 2k miles since all the repairs and replacement of the engine. Yesterday’s oil change was good, I decided to do an early one just to see how the oil is and it’s perfect. I have been checking for codes everyday and it’s good so far, also the underneath is dry.

I may have missed this but I have to ask why the engine was replaced? In my opinion you've just sunk a bunch of money into it. Why not get your money out of it now and drive it? I have not owned or driven an N55 but I can say after researching earlier for my own interests they don't seem to have any huge pain points as long as you know the issues going in. I have heard nothing good about the Range Rover Reliability. Looking for a very interesting article I read not too long ago about why everyone craves the JLR products despite the well known reliability issues but can't find it now. Did find these... https://4wheeldriveguide.com/are-lan...d-reliability/ https://wheelscene.com/buying-land-rovers/ I vote to keep the E70 if you accept you will have to put a little more money into it possibly. If that is not acceptable then the F15 gets my vote.

Thank you, it was a hydro lock. I know that I spent all that money, especially given the fact all the parts bought were original, but I’m still afaraid to push the car(talking about moderate driving) and it left a scar for me.

Keep it.
With all that work you've done, just enjoy it for another year or so and then consider your options again. The F15 is a great platform but you still have to spend a bit of money to get to a good baseline with any used vehicle. No experience with Rangys so can't comment on that.

I view the E70 as more reliable than the F15. I have owned both as daily drivers, and I know buddies with both also. E70's are very good cars if you do all the basic maintenance. The F15 has a lot of the same components, but complicates things with more electronics and features. More failure points basically.
