2012 x35d tune without removing SCR, DPF and EGRhardware

I'll be doing a full delete on my 2012 e70 x35d later this year (SCR, DPF and EGR). I'd like to kill my active tank CEL error 49E1 which is present due to a faulty active tank heater element.

No, it doesn't get cold enough here to freeze 35% urea solution. I wish I could just hack the heater element test protocol but i haven't found a way. No, I don't want to send $250 and 4 hrs of my life to fix something that I will take out later this year.

If I ship my DME and get it coded but run it with all the SCR, DPF and EGR hardware installed, is that an issue, will it throw CEL errors until I do the hardware delete? I'm trying to kill CEL lights unless they are not related to the SCR, DPF and EGR systems.

Second part of my question: Stage 1 or 2? I'm looking for longlife not necessarily performance, but if the engine longevity isn't significantly affected by Stage 2, I'd go with Stage 2.

thx!
