Stop Steering Wheel from Telescoping
Hi,

I have a 07 X5 4.8. I was wondering if there was a way to stop the steering wheel from moving after I shut the ignition off. I think that my steering wheel motor is broken, so whenever it telescopes towards to driver, it makes a loud grinding noise that is audible from the outside. I worry that one day the motor will break, so is there a way to stop the wheel from moving after I stop the car?
