you have to put KEY FOB in slot to push START button??? ridiculous

according to the article posted in the other thread.... you have to put the "key fob" in the slot in order to push the start button. that is ridiculous. every car that has "keyless entry" allows you to keep your "key" in your pocket, from entering the car to starting it up. what's the point of keyless entry if i still have to take my 'key' out and put it in the slot????

do the other BMW's work this way? that is just stupid.

if this is the case, i will wait on buying this car until stupid things like that are fixed... and then consider it further.
