Mudflaps

How do you remove the existing black plugs/clips under the wheel arch section. They seem to have no screw to remove.
You help is appreciated.

flat-head screwdriver... careful about scratching it though since you're keeping the existing flares... I did it as part of replacing with the new 20" wheel's flares which arch out (probably the reason they want to know the tire size). Oh and you'll need new rivets since after they are removed, they are unusable.

How do you remove the existing black rivots where the mudflaps go oon the front?
Do the new mudflaps come with all hardware to secure them?
