BMW just informed all dealers that the automatic tailgate option has been removed for all 2007 BMW X5’s.

That sucks ! I delayed my order to get that feature.
Are you 100% sure ?
Do you know if this will be for all Word Wide X5 ?

Any chance that will make taht option available to some countries ?

especially the USA being the largest market for X5's you would think it would be offered there first.

I have never seen a need for a power latch...just pull down! It's not that heavy!
