E70 Nuances.....

I've noticed some peculiar nuances with my new E70...

Since having the vehicle and adjusting the steering wheel when driving, I noticed that when I shut the vehicle off, the steering wheel automatically raises to make exiting the vehicle easier. When I get back in the car and restart, sometimes the steering wheel returns to the previously set position and sometimes it doesn't??

Something that has occured recently...the passenger side mirror had adusted down when the car is put in reverse, it has recently stopped doing that??

Is there some "personal setting" or memory function that I am not aware of that is controlling these functions?
