My dealer is always advising me against them as I tend to trade my cars in too quickly much to his delight
If you keep the car 5 years that might be more interesting at 780 as you will likely do one minor service and a major one around 45-50k mls cost prob around 600-700 total...

I agree, 3 years and just less than 30,000 miles and my service costs have been nowhere near the service package costs. I just hope my E70 is as reliable as my E53. I have had zero problems and only had to visit the shop twice in 3 years!
