What little things do you like about your e70?

For us current owners of the new e70 X5 we know that maybe the car is not perfect. However, I am getting tired of all the negative chatter revolving around "what is wrong". Maybe we can drift some attention to "what is good". Outside of the handling abilities and such, what are some of the "little things", nuances and design features you like or appreciate in the vehicle. I like the air conditioned clamshell console between the seats. I noticed that there is a small "bump" on the inside of the console with a little hole in it where the cool air is pumped through. It keeps my water cool on a hot day. That is a little thing that I have discovered and appreciate. Share your little tricks and nuances with the rest of us.

I like how the trunk floor pops-up and reveals a hidden storage space.

Yes, that is cool. That storage area is quite roomy. Great feature!

Sory to take it off topic...although if the E70 does have it then it is a cool feature...

If you push down on the ArmRest will it move Fw?

I think the E53 did that...

Thanks....

I have third how seats and becasue of this the second row seatbacks recline some and the seats slide for and aft. People remark how much rear seat leg room there is.

Adjustable 2nd row backrests (with 3rd row)
Shortcut buttons for iDrive
The ability to have three auto modes on the aircon (soft, medium and intensive)
LEDs in all four door handles
Indicator stalks like the mini (i.e. triple turn signal, soft switching)
Cruise control implementation (didn't get it at first - but prefer it now)

The versatility/ability to program the memory buttons and steering wheel buttons for various things instead of just for favorite radio stations.

Auto-sensing wipers. Not new, but missed that on my last 2 cars (had it on a 3-series prior to those).

Distinctive scent of BMW leather.

Not small, but something I wouldn't have considered a "must-have" type of thing until now - the I-Drive.

Also not a "little thing," but love the air conditioned seats.

So, I guess I haven't had the car long enough to learn many of the true "little things" like the hole in the console (hadn't noticed that), but I'm sure I will discover them over time.
